Who we are

MeasureMinds Creative (“MeasureMinds”, “we”, “us”) is an AI marketing agency based at Balukha, Gabahal Rd, Lalitpur 44700, Nepal. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact us about privacy at info@measure-minds.com.

What we collect

• When you contact us: your name, email address, company, website, country, budget range, the services you’re interested in and your message, plus the page you sent it from.
• When you use the Digital Foundation Score: your website address, business name, category, city, name, email address and phone number, and the results of the automated checks on your public website and Google Business Profile.
• When you browse this website: if you allow analytics cookies, how you use the site, such as the pages you visit and how you arrived. If you don’t, we don’t load analytics at all.
• When you work with us: the business contact details and account access needed to deliver the work, covered by our client agreement.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
• To run the audit, send your report and, if you ask, follow up about the results.
• To understand and improve how this website performs, if you allow analytics.
• To keep records we’re required to keep, such as invoices.

We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t use it for automated decisions that have legal or similar effects on you.

Legal bases

Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on your consent (analytics cookies, and replying to your enquiry), on steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, on performing our contract with you, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. Service providers that help us run this website and our business, who may only use your data to provide their service to us:

• Vercel (website hosting)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Supabase (secure database for enquiries and audit results)
• Google (Google Analytics and Google Workspace), and Meta (Meta Pixel), only if you allow analytics cookies
• Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where needed

International transfers

We are based in Nepal and our providers process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where UK or EU law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the standard contractual clauses our providers offer.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don’t lead to work: up to 24 months after our last contact.
• Audit results: up to 24 months after the audit.
• Client records: for as long as the law requires after our work ends.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent. Email info@measure-minds.com and we’ll respond within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK.
